Bridestowe Estate will exchange or credit products, only if proven faulty or not to the stated specification. We will not refund or give credit because you simply change your mind. However we may, at our discretion, agree to an exchange of product. We will not refund postage costs.

Returns or exchanges are to be sent back within 14 days in original, resalable condition. This is to be done at your own expense.

Bridestowe Estate will not exchange or credit on discounted items.

Some products depicted maybe different from that which we currently have in stock. However, if the content inside the packaging is as described, these products will not be refunded, exchanged or credited for this reason.
