Bridestowe Estate is a secure place to shop. We employ SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to keep your credit card information safe, and use encryption to protect transmitted data. We will never pass your credit card number through e-mail.
For greater protection of your card, we ask that even when purchasing with your account, you enter all of the credit card number again. This measure protects your card number if you forget to sign off from our site after making a purchase. Bridestowe Estate are happy to refund, exchange or credit products, however, we will only refund goods if they are faulty. We will not refund postage costs and strongly advise you to make sure you do not double up on your purchases.
Returns are to be sent back within 14 days of purchase, at your own expense and must be in mint condition.
