We will never pass your credit card number through e-mail. For greater protection of your card, we ask that even when purchasing with your account, you enter all of the credit card number again. This measure protects your card number if you forget to sign off from our site after making a purchase. Returns and RefundsBridestowe Estate are happy to refund, exchange or credit products, however, we will only refund goods if they are faulty. We will not refund postage costs and strongly advise you to make sure you do not double up on your purchases. Returns are to be sent back within 14 days of purchase, at your own expense and must be in mint condition. Some products depicted may be different from what we currently have in stock, however, the content inside the package is as described and therefore these products will not be refunded, exchanged or credited for this reason.
