Iced Bridestowe Lavender Tea

Ingredients
Sugar Syrup:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
Iced Tea:
5 teaspoons of Bridestowe English Breakfast & Lavender Tea
2 cups boiling water
2 cups cold water
ice cubes
lemon wedges
sugar syrup
Method
Sugar Syrup
Combine sugar and water in a saucepan and boil until the sugar is dissolved.
Cool then store in refrigerator.
Iced Tea
Pour the boiling water over the English Breakfast & Lavender Tea. Allow to steep for 5 minutes, then strain.
Add the cold water to the tea.
Chill in the refrigerator.
Tea can be sweetened with the sugar syrup.
Serve over ice cubes with a wedge of lemon.
Variations
