Lavender Pancakes

Ingredients:
2 Eggs
95g caster sugar
240g self raising flour
300ml milk
2 level teaspoons Bridestowe Culinary Lavender
Method
Whisk eggs lightly and mix with caster sugar, self raising flour and culinary lavender.
Add milk slowly to smooth consistency.
Heat pan to a moderate heat, and spray with oil.
Use a 1/3 cup measure and pour into pan. When bubbles start to appear, flip the pancakes over. Cook until lightly golden.
