Lavender Scones

Ingredients:

420g self raising flour
300ml thickened cream
1 can (375ml) lemonade
2 level teaspoons Bridestowe Culinary Lavender

Method

Combine lemonade and cream.
Mix wet mixture into the flour and culinary lavender, cutting through with a knife until combined.
Roll out and cut into desired size, brush with milk.
Cook at 200°C for approximately 20 minutes.
