• Shipping and Delivery: Bridestowe will process all paid orders in a timely manner however as shipping is out of our control, delivery by Monday 28th Aug 2017 is not guaranteed.

• Best Order Cut-Off Times to receive by Friday 25th August based on AusPost’s delivery time estimates:

For China / Asia international express, and Australian (regular post) delivery (ex Melbourne one and Sydney), please order by midnight Wednesday Aug 15th for best-efforts delivery by Friday Aug 25th (this is not guaranteed and based on AustPost’s delivery estimates).
For Sydney and Melbourne (regular post) delivery, please order by midnight Thursday Aug 16th for best-efforts delivery by Friday Aug 25th (this is not guaranteed and based on AustPost’s delivery estimates).
For Tasmanian delivery, please order by 9am Monday Aug 21st for best-efforts delivery by Friday Aug 25th (this is not guaranteed and based on AustPost’s delivery estimates).
Orders made after this time period will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible but there is no guarantee they will arrive by Monday Aug 28th.

• Shipping to China & New Zealand: Bridestowe Lavender Estate products are created to the highest standard of cleanliness however due to Import restrictions on products containing natural lavender and wheat filling for the China and New Zealand markets, it is not recommended to ship to either of these markets at this time. Bridestowe warrants best effort to ship products to these markets however cannot guarantee delivery to intended recipients, and purchase is at buyers discretion. Hong Kong and Taiwan markets are not affected by this restriction.

Returns
Bridestowe Estate will exchange or credit products, only if proven faulty or not to the stated specification. We will not refund or give credit because you simply change your mind. However we may, at our discretion, agree to an exchange of product. We will not refund postage costs.
Returns or exchanges are to be sent back within 14 days in original, resalable condition. This is to be done at your own expense.
Bridestowe Estate will not exchange or credit on discounted items.
Some products depicted maybe different from that which we currently have in stock. However, if the content inside the packaging is as described, these products will not be refunded, exchanged or credited for this reason.
