Bridestowe Country Damper

Ingredients:

6 cups self raising flour
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
pinch of salt
1/2 tablespoon Bridestowe Gourmet Tuscan Herb Blend
1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley
chilled water

Method

Mix all ingredients together with enough chilled water to make a soft dough.
Shape into desired size. Sprinkle lightly with extra Tuscan Herb Blend if desired. Cook in oven on 190°C for approximately 45 minutes.
