Chocolate, Marshmallow & Lavender Cakes

Ingredients:
125g softened butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons of Bridestowe gourmet Culinary Lavender
2/3 cup caster sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups self raising flour
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/3 cup milk
24 marshmallows
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Line two deep hole muffin tins with paper cases.
Combine all ingredients together, expect for the marshmallows, until well mixed and smooth.
Spoon approximately one dessert spoon of the mixture into each prepared paper case and place one marshmallow in each.
Spoon one more spoonful of mixture on top to the cover the marshmallow.
Bake in oven for approximately 20 minutes.
Turn out onto wire rack to cool.
