Lavender Gin Sour

Lavender Gin Sour

Ingredients:

30ml of your favourite gin
15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
15ml Bridestowe Gourmet Lavender Syrup
1 egg white (optional)
Pinch of Bridestowe Gourmet Culinary Lavender for garnish

Method

In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients then shake until it gets nice and foamy from the egg white.
Fill your shaker with ice and shake again until nice and cold. Strain into your favourite glass, wait a few seconds to let the foam settle on top and enjoy! Garnish with Bridestowe Gourmet Culinary Lavender.
