Lavender Scones

Ingredients:
6 cups self raising flour
3 teaspoons Bridestowe Culinary Lavender
1 can (375ml) lemonade
2 cups thickened cream
Method
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Sift flour, add culinary lavender and stir.
Combine lemonade and cream in a separate bowl.
Make a well in the flour mix, and pour wet ingredients in.
Using a knife, mix until just combined.
Gently knead on a lightly floured bench until smooth.
Pat out to approximately 3.5cms, avoid rolling dough.
Cut into scone size, and place on a lined tray.
Bake at 200°C for approximately 20 minutes, until golden on top.
